The house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, with cozy bedrooms, a hot tub overlooking the lake, and everything we need to make this a special stay. There’s even a separate guest house for extra privacy. Fun fact: this estate once belonged to actress Farrah Fawcett!

House Rules

  • We can potentially get early check in but won’t be able to confirm until 24 hrs before our reservation.

  • Check-out Instructions: 

    • Please close/lock all windows and return all furniture if moved to its original position.

    • Toys, games, movies, and books must be returned to where they were found. 

    • It would be helpful for housekeeping if you leave used towels on the ground in their respective bathrooms. 

    • Renters are responsible for clearing and putting away any dishes used. If you are in a hurry, please start a load in the dishwasher. 

    • Please place all trash in the trash cans or bear boxes outside until “full.” If there is no box on the property or it is full, leave ALL trash packed in bags. Due to wildlife in the area, DO NOT leave trash outside or on the street unprotected; it must be placed in a bear box or secure can.

  • This is just for outside

  • If you can coordinate sharing rental cars that would be ideal.
